Evolving Minds Counselling and Psychology is a Menai based private practice that has been supporting the Sutherland Shire community since 2017. Our experienced clinicians provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We offer support for a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, eating disorders, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, and relationship difficulties.

Services include individual and couples counselling, family therapy, and psychological assessments. We offer both in-person sessions and secure online consultations across Australia. Evolving Minds is a registered NDIS provider and accredited by SIRA. Medicare rebates are available with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP.
