Base Equipment Hire (formerly Base Earthmoving) was launched in Western Australia in 1997 by Paul Steele. In those early days there was just a truck, an excavator and a loader. It didn't take long for customers to realise that Paul knew what he was doing and that they could rely on him. From day one, there was a strong 'can do' attitude in the company which we're proud to say has grown over the passing years.

Today, we may have a new name, but one thing hasn't changed, and that's our commitment to outstanding service. The team at Base Equipment Hire have gained an enviable reputation throughout WA for their vast industry knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.
