Dave Sullivan founded ATS in 2008 and since then ATS has established a very strong partnership with ARTS (a fellow RTO) with many years of experience in the area of Training and Assessment. Dave himself holds a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training and various tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Quality, Logistics, Security and Risk Management. ATS offers Training Partner opportunity and recruits trainers in all regions across Australia. Our trainers become part of the Elite Trainer Network. The best advantage of becoming Trainer through ATS is we do not charge any license fees to become an Elite Trainer with ATS and Successful candidates will be offered a Training Agreement which provides flexibility and excellent earning capacity. Also you are not limited to a territory. We will however closely monitor regions and areas to ensure that the number of trainers approved to deliver training does not erode your earning capacity.

Our trainers are encouraged to network with other trainers. Not like some organisations where issues are hidden by limiting communication. You will however be required to incur some general expenses in relation to travel etc, to attend aspects of our training program. All efforts will be made to schedule training to minimise and defray costs. With ATS you will not be charged for any training you attend.
