When a patient joins us here at the clinic we want them to feel warm & welcome. We want to say goodbye to the sterile cold feeling of a normal health professionals office and make them feel at home. Simple things like a warm welcome when they arrive, a complementary drink (coffee or a cool spring water will be offered). They will then be politely directed to their room and treated by Kate McArthur-Jones. The service here will be professional and courteous, with a personal touch ensuring the patients utmost comfort and almost guaranteed chance to return.
