What really makes us different is the fact that we tailor our business to our customers.

They wanted next-day delivery, a precise delivery window and a courtesy call before arrival. They wanted us to connect their new appliances and take their old appliances away.

They wanted to pay cash-on-delivery (COD) and they wanted extended delivery hours. They asked and we provided. Appliances Online aims to give our customers the order experience they want.

To do this we have established our own shipping service to the greater Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Hunter regions*.

In these areas we deliver the very next day (assuming it's in stock) as early as 8am and as late as 6pm. We call with an estimated 2 hour delivery window e.g. we estimate we'll be there between 12.30pm - 2.30pm, and call you again an hour before we arrive.

We accept cash, cheque or credit card payment on delivery. We connect your appliance (assuming no plumber or electrician is required) and we remove and recycle the appliance you're replacing if you want us to.

*If you're outside these areas your appliances will be shipped using a third party transport company. Because of this we simply can't make the same delivery commitments. We can, however, guarantee that we engage only the best transport companies in Australia.

Your appliances will be delivered safely, securely and promptly. Furthermore, we liaise directly with you and the courier right up to the moment your purchase arrives.
