Our design team can develop your home from scratch or modify one of our popular standard designs to any need, and we take particular care to ensure we meet all council and development guidelines. Custom designs are priced at Tender in exactly the same way as our standard designs, therefore our clients are not penalised for wanting a home that is unique to them. We build across most areas of the Sydney Metro and Blue Mountains, the Macarthur region, Southern Highlands through to Goulburn & the South Coast down to Sussex Inlet.
