Poolmart began operations in 2000 with a single pool shop located in Leeming. The owners soon realised that many customers were travelling vast distances from Rockingham and Mandurah for their pool water testing and chemical needs, and so, in 2001, Poolmart opened a second pool shop in Warnbro.

Additional pool shops followed in Rockingham, Mandurah, and Success – making Poolmart a household name in WA.
