In recent times, we have provided mediation services to the large and public company sector in mediating work place bullying. Our clients are advised to arrange mediation in the early stages of employee bullying so as to nip them in the bud. In Victoria, recent legislation (2011) has made bullying a criminal offence with harsh penalties including imprisonment.
